(you can copy and paste the bold text below) to fully reset the TCP/IP Stack-
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
arp d
netsh winsock reset
netsh int tcp reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh int ip delete neighbors
netsh int ip delete destinationcache
netsh int ip delete arpcache
ipconfig /flushDNS
ipconfig /registerDNS
ipconfig /displayDNS
NBTStat -R
NBTStat -RR
Because you may have ports opened or your firewall has exceptions, the next command resets your firewall – This is optional
netsh advfirewall reset
