Let’s see where you are at –
First – Click on the menu and type winver and hit enter. Look at your build number. Microsoft has recognized an error getting 14393.222. There is a work around if yours won’t download. Download and apply this KB (full download of the KB is listed below). This will update your OS and keep the downloads smooth.
Which one do you download? If you right click on Your-PC, you’ll be able to see if you are 64bit or 32bit.
