Windows 10 Update March 2016 adds reliability and OS improvements

A large update that is around 500+ mb is ready to be downloaded for Windows 10. The Update, KB3140743 contains quality improvements that include things such as reliability, resuming from things such as hibernation, shutdown, kernel, storage, the Start menu, Windows Hello, Miracast, display modes, Applocker, IE 11, Edge, network connectivity, network discovery , File Explorer and more.

How do you get the cumulative packages for Windows to manually update by downloading the packages?  Go to the Microsoft Catalog with Internet Explorer.  You’ll have to add an add on that will prompt you to install a small program.  (Also works on other OSs)
