Windows 10 Quick Tip – What’s On My PC – “Is Your Windows 10 Upgrade Setup Stuck?”

Rick over at What’s On My PC often has amazing finds and this one covers “Is Your Windows 10 Upgrade Setup Stuck?”  Credit goes to Rick who found this and to the original author Bidnessetc.  Rick had a fix after no hard drive activity for a period of time during an upgrade ~ which we just used after reading his blog.  Ironically today, we then used the method from Bidnessetc.

While we have had flawless installs of Windows 10, we have had only about three odd cases that needed either a reboot, the deleting of files in the Software Distribution folder or a video driver update.
