Chrome stuck on waiting for cache

Have you seen Chrome stall on loading cache?  Try this if emptying cache from Chrome or running cleaners doesn’t work-

First open a command prompt
Type ipconfig /flushdns

Then manually open the following path (make sure Chrome is closed). You will also have to show hidden files and folders under folder options.

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache

Select all of the files and delete all of them.  Close all of your Windows and open Chrome.

Got a Mac?  Try deleting the files in this directory  ~Library/Caches/Google/Chrome/Default/Cache
