Reset Windows 7 services

I’ve always used BlackViper’s website to reset Windows services on different operating systems.   His analysis of the services and explanation of each is unreal.   Today I needed a quick fix since the owner had disabled all but eight or ten services and with the CPU at 100% and no viruses, I knew the services were not correct.

An easy fix for this is RefreshPC.  RefreshPC resets the Windows Services and Registry to the defaults.   Techs need to make note that these are the default settings and if you have services dependent on software you have loaded, you may need to check them before and after the run.  Note:  During the loading of this software, it may ask you to load a toolbar.
