Remove yourself from background information websites

Because there are so many background check websites on the web, information can often be gathered from each website revealing information about you that you may want to keep private.  Here’s a list of opt-out and removal links.

Delete your wall in Facebook

Facebook makes it hard for you to delete your wall postings.   iMacros 7  (Although I don’t use Firefox I would recommend it for this) - offers an add-on to run a script to delete your wall.  Because Facebook changes often the script will need to be  change.

Using the scripts found here (be careful and read these to decide which you need) -you can do things such as deleting your wall and even groups.
