Troubleshoot your network using netsh scenarios command

Often you can work out networking problems simply by checking out everything as far as hardware and doing simple ipconfig commands.  If you are an advanced user, you can use the netsh trace show scenarios command at the command prompt (run the command prompt as an administrator).
