If you have Facebook, don’t click on links you don’t know or accept friends you don’t know (simple). Keep your antivirus up-to-date. F-Secure has an excellent article on this and a new way malware is being spread. Owners of Mac who think they are immune are not. Don’t rely on a false sense of security.
Anything that seems out of the ordinary along with shortened urls or videos that promise fear, anxiety, curiosity or other emotions should not be clicked on.
