If you have Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7 you can follow these steps to find problems -
- Click Start, Control Panel
- In the Control Panel, click System and Security
- In the System and Security window, under the Action Center, you should click Troubleshoot common computer problems
- In the Troubleshoot computer problems window, you can now click a specific task to automatically diagnose and fix a problem.
Also remember that many errors may occur because of Malware or Viruses. Run SuperAntiSpyWare portable, Malwarebytes and A-Squared.
