While Firefox claims to be the safest, it is truly the surfing habits of the individual. IE8 and the older IE’s have flaws just like other web browsers. Microsoft will always take the hit and be a mark for anyone attacking their code. Web browsers today start out safe and then as add ons are installed the browser becomes more unsecure.
