Once again, we thought it was IE being sick. Nope… from what I have read, thanks to Google it appears that it’s javascript and the placement of the code in the html code.
Don’t worry firefox guys “init is not defined?”.
If I reload enough, or use basic html to load (Google Mail), it works. I think Mike Miller and I are the only humans who roll our eyes when we here salesmen or vendors tell us their product is java based.

So is this a javascript problem or somehow to do with java?
Just in case you’re not aware of it, javascript and java are two entirely separate things – unrelated apart from happening to share a few letters in their names (due, I understand, to some regretable marketing-type decisions many years ago).
Mike
This would be javascript. However with salesmen and vendors from all over the nation visiting us with the latest greatest “software”, we often laugh when they get JAVA is not installed or errors when running pure JAVA.
